Each one of us wishes to have own kitchen garden permitting the growth and consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables. Some make like and others may dislike mushrooms, but there are numerous benefits they serve to make it essential to make them a part of our diet. Rich in Vitamin D, mushroom helps maintain metabolism and even lowers the risk of bladder cancer. The fungi fruit is said to be rich in anti-oxidants as well.

The type of mushroom is said to maximize the state of awareness of the human mind. It even improves the psychiatric states be it stress or anxiety.
